Welcome to SCLMDA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our HRMS software and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

• Eligibility: You may use this platform only for lawful business purposes.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (ID and password). Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee data on the platform.

2. Subion & Payments

• Plan Fees: Service charges are based on the selected plan (Basic, Advanced, Premium, or Custom).

• Billing Cycle: Payments are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in a specific written agreement.

• Upgrade/Downgrade: You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.

3. Data Privacy & Security

• Data Ownership: All employee data uploaded to the platform remains your property. SCLMDA does not claim ownership.

• Security: We use industry-standard encryption and cloud storage solutions such as AWS/Wasabi to protect data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your data collection complies with applicable labor laws and data protection regulations (e.g., IT Act).

4. Service Availability & Support

• Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

• Support: Technical support is available during working hours via email or phone.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, logos, and algorithms of SCLMDA are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

6. Termination

• By Client: You may cancel your subion at any time.

• By Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of non-payment or violation of these terms.

• Data Recovery: After termination, you will have 30 days to download your data, after which it may be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

SCLMDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business profits, arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications.
